They simply need to remember to offer qlub as a payment method.

    With qlub, you receive instant notifications on our Vendor Panel when a payment is completed. Additionally, qlub provides the option to opt in for WhatsApp notifications, allowing you to receive payment updates directly via your WhatsApp. Once the payment is done, the order automatically and instantly closes on your integrated POS system.

    Absolutely! We offer dedicated customer support to both merchants and customers. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, our support team is readily available to assist you. Our customer support operates from 9AM to 12AM daily, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring that you have access to prompt assistance when you need it.
  • How can I access and manage my monthly reports with qlub?
    qlub offers a comprehensive vendor panel that allows you to conveniently access and manage your monthly reports. Through the Vendor Panel, you have the ability to view detailed reports that provide valuable insights into your restaurant's performance over time. Additionally, qlub's Vendor Panel enables you to access individual order details, process refunds if needed, and stay updated with daily reports.

    Nope! qlub is a web-app that is easily accessible using any web browser, eliminating the need for app downloads or registrations. It’s quick and hassle-free for your customers!

  • Does qlub store my personal information?
    No, qlub does not store any of your personal information. We prioritise privacy and security. We do not store any of your personal information by default. As a privacy-conscious platform, qlub operates on an opt-in basis for information collection. Unless you provide your email address for receiving a receipt, no personal information is collected during the transaction process. Rest assured that we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your data, and our system is designed to minimize the collection and storage of personal information, ensuring a secure and private payment experience for our users.
  • Do you provide receipts for transactions made through qlub?
    Yes, once your payment is completed, simply enter your email address and a digital receipt will be emailed to you shortly.
  • How do I split my bill?
    Once you scan the QR code or tap your phone on the sticker or standee, you will be able to see the ‘Pay Now’ option on your screen. On this page you can choose the ‘Split the Bill’ option, and select items you want to pay from the bill above, or you can split equally by number of people, or split by a custom amount.
  • Can I leave a tip using qlub?
    Absolutely! When using qlub for your payment, you have the option to leave a tip. Before finalising your payment, you will be presented with the opportunity to add a tip. qlub offers predefined tip options for your convenience, or you can choose to enter a custom tip amount of your choice. This flexibility allows you to show appreciation to the restaurant staff in a way that suits you best.
  • How do I ask for a refund?
    When you request a refund through qlub, the refund process is initiated immediately. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your banking institution.
